Qhamani Neza Tshazi is an experienced development practitioner and researcher with a keen interest in social justice and equitable access to resources by all citizens. He is the dialogue analyst at the Nelson Mandela Foundation and holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of the Free State. He is also an urban and regional planning PhD candidate at the University of Stellenbosch, and his current research interests include concepts of shared citizen power and the right to the city.
